It all started in March 2023…
Jhon had and idea and Jodi took a chance in writing to the state to ask if it was possible. A ton of emails and several inspections later at City Hall later, Rail City Tattoo Convention was born. It was truly a labor of love. Over the course of two days in October over 1500 people flooded into St. Albans to enjoy the convention. Plans for 2024 are already in the works!
